Flowflex Booking schedules customer meetings on one organizer's Google Calendar and adds a Google Meet link. This page explains what the service accesses and why.
Google data we access
- Calendar free/busy times, to offer customers only open slots.
- Calendar events the service creates, to book, update or cancel meetings with a Google Meet link.
- A basic account identifier (OpenID), to know which Google account is connected.
The service does not read the content of other calendar events, email, contacts or files.
Customer data
For each booking we store the customer's name, email address, phone number and chosen time, so the meeting invitation can be sent and the booking managed.
How data is stored and shared
Google access tokens are stored encrypted on our server. We do not sell data or share it with third parties. Data from Google APIs is used only to provide this scheduling feature and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
The organizer can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. To have stored booking data deleted, contact us.
